Returns & Refunds policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products (spices and food items), returns are only accepted for:

• Wrong item received

• Damaged or expired product on arrival

You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the item by emailing meghashreefood@gmail.com with a clear photo of the issue.

2. Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
